The Skyline Pied-a-Terre

Piece by piece, Studio Liv has been reimagining a small beach cottage in Seabright, Santa Cruz. Originally built in the early 1900s, the property consisted of a two-bedroom, one-bath main house alongside several detached structures, each carrying its own sense of history.
